Human resources professionals are rapidly becoming recognized for their strategic value, which creates a need for other ways to handle the administrative details of HR. PeopleSoft customizes software packages for large organizations ready to shift this responsibility to employees. Larry was the Senior Vice President of HR for the Bank of California before spending 12 years as an executive coach and change management consultant. He joined PeopleSoft to take responsibility for their internal Human Resources functions.

Larry is also a licensed Marriage Family Child Counselor, is on the board of the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic and is associated with the East Bay Community Recovery Project in Oakland, CA. He graduated from Lake Forest College, received an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from JFK University, an M.A. in English Literature from DePaul University and is a graduate of Harvard's Advanced Management Program.
