The need for outstanding leaders has never been greater. Leaders are being called upon to create the future for their organizations. Catalyst provides an on-going forum in which senior-level business leaders meet regularly with peers to discuss the challenges, opportunities and problems facing them and their organizations.
Individuals are invited to participate in Catalyst because their companies want them to round-out and expand their knowledge of leadership. Each group is carefully balanced with 15-20 participants from all business disciplines such as marketing, finance, etc...
The group is lead by a team of business strategists with years of senior management experience. Program topics are driven by the members, and guest speakers are brought in to present "living case studies" of successful leadership practices. Follow up discussions translate into ideas that are used back on the job.
Catalyst meets regularly six times a year for three hours. The on-going program is a joint service of The Meridian Consulting Group, Inc. and Team 21.
