Jeannie applies information technology to the organizational learning and performance process. This new capability allows companies to make strategic leaps. Her company, MacKenzie/Coyle, specializes in strategic Human Resources and organizational development. Prior to starting her own company, Jeannie acquired 17 years of hands-on experience in industry holding significant senior Human Resource positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at American Express and Vice President of Executive and Management Development at Bank of America. She also worked with the Tom Peters Group implementing a new product, Creating Value for the Customer.

Jeannie has published numerous articles in Human Resources and management publications and she is a board member of the National Human Resources Planning Society. She is an instructor for the graduate business program of Marylhurst College and an adjunct professor in the graduate business school of Portland State University. She holds a B.A in English from Saint Louis University, St. Louis, MO.
