employee and the bottom line. Charles Kissh offers more than 25 years of
HR compensation and benefits experience to assist organizations in managing
this equilibrium.
Charlie has served as Vice President of Compensation for companies such as
Rainier Bank, First Nationwide Bank (a subsidiary of the Ford Motor
Company) and USL Capital (formerly a $10 billion diversified financial
services subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company). He has had experience in
all facets of the HR function, with particular emphasis on compensation,
benefits and human resources information systems.
He has presented to various Human Resources Associations such as the
American Compensation Association, Western Pension & Benefits Conference
and Bank Administration Institute. His speaking topics included Incentive
Compensation Plan design, installation of Human Resources Information
Systems and 401(k) Plan Administration. He was a founding Director of the
Northwest Compensation Forum, a regional compensation and benefits
association.
Charlie graduated from Providence College with a BA in
Mathematics / Education in 1967 and from New Hampshire College with a MBA in
General Management in 1981.
