The Health Care industry is filled with highly specialized human resources challenges, especially since the changes in insurance regulations, numerous mergers and the rise of HMOs. Ross offers more than 24 years of health care human resources experience to assist organizations with plans for team building, change, and outplacement. He was Vice President of Human Resources for Deaconess in Spokane, a major tertiary-care medical center that was the flagship of a multi-hospital system.

Ross has been published in a number of health care journals, and has served on boards of directors for various health care associations. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Central Washington University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
