Purpose of People Plan

Spending time to plan how people will be used in a company is valuable, especially considering for most companies their single, largest expense is employee costs. The Meridian Consulting Group has been working with progressive companies over the past few years to help them think strategically about the utilization of their people. This planning is conducted so that it builds off of the core strategic planning of the company.
