Organizations become more effective when they identify and develop relations with the various stakeholders that affect their success. These stakeholders include more than a company's clients and shareholders; they encompass it's employees and the communities in which the organization does business. Barry Thomas brings more than 30 years of Human Resources and management experience to his consulting. Barry recently retired as senior vice president at Frank Russell Company. Under his leadership Frank Russell Company was recognized by Washington CEO magazine as one of the "Best Companies to Work For" in Washington state.

Before joining Russell, Barry was vice president and principal with Towers, Perrin, Forster & Crosby, Inc. where he was involved in compensation and organization effectiveness consulting. He has also worked with companies such as Weyerhauser and The Wickes Lumber Corporation, and participated on the President's 8th Quadrennial Review of Military Compensation in 1995.

BarryÕs work has been published in Personnel Journal (1988) and Productivity Digest (1989). He has served on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations including MultiCare Health Foundation, Frank Russell Company and United Way of Pierce County. Community commitments have included the Deming Project, Welfare Reform and the Human Resources Network. Barry holds an A.A. in Business Administration from Yakima Valley College and a B.A. and M.B.A. in Human Resource Systems from the University of Washington.
